Daniel's Deficit Diary
Progress
Daily weigh-ins, because I like data. The scale can be dramatic day-to-day, so I’m watching the trend, not letting one random spike ruin my mood.
Weigh-in routine: same scale, same time (usually morning), similar conditions. I’m tracking the direction over time.

Notes for future me
- Water weight is real.
- Salt, carbs, soreness, and sleep can move the scale.
- Consistency wins. One day doesn’t matter — the trend does.
